1912 Bisque Kewpie Sitting W/ Rose RARE VARIATION W/ Painted Shoes

This is a sweet and VERY RARE variation of the sitting Antique bisque Kewpie, circa around 1912, made in Germany. It features an action kewpie holding a rose on its lap. It is already a hard to find piece but what makes it exceptionally rare is the black Mary-Jane shoes and socks painted on. This kewp stands just 2” tall.

This adorable piece is in very good antique condition though the shoe paint is worn. This is a great piece to for a Kewpie or Rose O’Neill collector!
