I bought a bunch of woodworking templates and jigs a while back at an estate sale with the thoughts that I would use them to make cutting boards, trays etc to sell at the local market near me. Well, between the high costs of just applying to sell at the local markets, the yearly fee and having to have a business licenses and pay taxes, fees, ect to the city, yeah I ain't doing all that to try to make a few bucks. I have no interest in selling things I make online and my local FB marketplace, no.

Selling since November 2024
Retired Archaeologist now working for city of Lexington Engineering Dept. Have been a carpenter and woodworking for some time, just switched over to hand tools several years ago. But now my health has changed, I have no kids and if Gods will, will be retiring and moving to Philippines in the next 5 Years. So I am slowly selling off tools (and other things) that I know I will not be hauling across the world. When the time comes, I may sell off more, but for now all my extras or things I bought to resale need to go....Heck I may just sell it all and not touch a tool again depending on my health in 5 years....
