Stanley Bailey #5 Type 19 body and frog that someone tried to make a Type 17 out of by using a Type 17 adjuster wheel and painting the knob black, I robbed the tote of it, it was broken in several places, missing the horn and fixed with epoxy, painted black. yeah, it was a mess, but works great on my #7 scrub plane. Oh yeah, it has a hang hole in the heal, I hate when people do that! I was going to make a scrub out of it out of some random parts I have here, but I have a couple other jack planes that are complete, but just random parts, so I will use one of them.
If you would rather have a brass adjuster wheel, I will swap this one out, I have a new looking aftermarket brass wheel, I kinda like the plastic wheels and should had robbed it before taking the photos, I just thought of it....Oh well.

Selling since November 2024
Retired Archaeologist now working for city of Lexington Engineering Dept. Have been a carpenter and woodworking for some time, just switched over to hand tools several years ago. But now my health has changed, I have no kids and if Gods will, will be retiring and moving to Philippines in the next 5 Years. So I am slowly selling off tools (and other things) that I know I will not be hauling across the world. When the time comes, I may sell off more, but for now all my extras or things I bought to resale need to go....Heck I may just sell it all and not touch a tool again depending on my health in 5 years....
