Please bring packages in promptly if it is 100° or above in your area. Despite insulation, plants left in the heat or direct sun will most likely have heat damage.

If you decline the suggested add ons and advice, I am NOT responsible for DOA plants, heat damage, or any other issues that arise from shipping in the summer*****

Plants will ship the following Monday & Tuesday via UPS 3 day. If you would like a faster shipping speed, please purchase UPS 2 day or overnight.

Once the package leaves my hands, I am not responsible for courier delays. If you have any concerns about viability during shipment, please upgrade shipping. An unboxing video is due within 6 hours of delivery for any damaged or DOA plants.

It is expected for the plants to be stressed during shipping and may arrive with missing leaves or blemishes. If this is your first time purchasing plants online, feel free to reach out to me for what to expect.

To increase success with your plants, do not repot for 1-2 weeks as plants endure stress during shipping.
