This adorable set has no marks as to brand or origin.  The brush has a sailboat on it, the comb is plain.  Packaged in box with cute teddy bear design.  The box does have some wear but nothing that will detract in display.

Comb is 5 inches long, 1 1/4 wide.  Has no broken teeth.  Made of plastic.
Brush is 5 inches long, 2 wide, and 1 1/4 with bristles.  Bristles are in good condition.  Base is made of plastic.

Will make a very nice decor accessory to a mid-century modern theme.
