Vinyl plays nicely; a few light hairlines (play-graded). Cover has creases near edges; light scuffing, discoloration (front/back); sticker residue near top right of front. Inner-sleeve is generic white. Spine is easy-to-read with wear. Shelf-wear along top/bottom-edge; corners show wear. Opening is crisp with signs of light use and divots. (Not a cut-out.)

Anne Murray's Greatest Hits is a collection of nine previously issued singles released between 1970 and 1980, as well as one new song, Could I Have This Dance, which was newly recorded for this album (which simultaneously appeared on the soundtrack to the film Urban Cowboy). This was the first album to include a chronology of her biggest charting singles, from her first top-ten single Snowbird through 1980. (Previous compilations had included some of Murray's chart hits along with album tracks and lesser known songs.) The album peaked at No. 16 on the Billboard 200, No. 2 on the Top Country Albums chart and is certified 4× Multi-Platinum by the RIAA.
