Absolutely gorgeous original 1880s/90s Victorian Etruscan style hardstone cameo brooch, comprised of solid 10k yellow gold. It is unmarked so the gold content has been verified via Auracle tester and acid testing. It appears to have had the pin replaced at some point; there's some evidence of heat exposure on the gold on the back side. It's in good condition, please see pictures for details and measurements.
