This is a beautifully intricate miniature hand mirror with a green guilloche enamel handle. One side has an enameled seaside scene in Cuba, the other has a mirror that's degraded over the years. I think this may have been a decorative tourist item that could have hung on a chatelaine. It's in good condition other than the mirror part, please see pictures for details and measurements.
