This is a vintage 1983 B Shackman & Co Baby Bear in a bear shaped cardboard/plastic box. The teddy bear itself is jointed and flocked. The box measures approximately 5" long while the teddy bear is approximately 3.5" tall. Made in Hong Kong. There is a little bend in the box's top left ear. No other major flaws.
