Vintage Care Bear "Grumpy" Plush 13" Stuffed Animal made by Kenner 1983. This is a Blue bear with a rain cloud on his belly. This bear is in good played with condition. some wear, but great for it's age! I am not sure if the stitching around his rain cloud is yellowed over the years, or if it is suppose to be that way, also on his heart feet. - See Please check photos for those details. This plush looks to be clean, with no rips, tears or holes. Has original tag still attached, but all of the details worn off. Plastic heart has paint rub of the care bear words. Bear Does not have any odd smells to me. Comes from a smoke free, pet friendly home. Item has been lightly cleaned and stored away
