2 years ago, I started refinishing/painting my own furniture. Going to the thrift stores for the first time looking for furniture to flip, my eye kept wandering to all vintage pottery and glass, well a lot of everything, those trips took longer and longer.  I have a weakness for pottery, along with anything pretty and shiny.
