Craftsman 619.3742 type 21, a Sargent knockoff of the Stanley #4 produced between 1964 and 1969. It bears a resemblance to the Stanley Handyman series, but unlike those, does have a machined frog/bed interface. Steel adjustment knob, stamped lateral adjuster, Bakelite knob and tote. Phillips fasteners except for the frog screws, which are slotted.
Though it includes the original box, tag, and pamphlet, it's not at all mint. Light surface corrosion overall and some signs of use on the iron. Still, would clean up to be a nice enough user if you don't mind the plastic handles.
