Single Culver oversized rocks glasses in their “Christmas Bear” pattern, sometimes also known as Yule Bear. These are lowball rocks whisky glasses, great for your favorite beverages at the holidays or anytime. Would be so cute with milk when you leave Santa his cookies! These feature a teddy bear & gifts in gold, red, green & white with gold, red & green stripes around the glass top & bottom border. The design is done in 22K gold which is very reflective and difficult to photograph. The signature font on these glasses means they are from the late 70s/early 1980s.
Known for their quality barware, Culver was in business from 1939 – 1996 in Brooklyn NY and created elegant cocktail glasses sold only in high end department stores of the era. They developed a super-heated, roll-on process of applying the gold which remains a secret today.
Size: 4″h x 3.25″w, holds 12 oz
Condition*: Very good, the gold & colors are brilliant. There may be a few small marks in the frosted portion and you can see the seam in the frosting on the back side (part of how it was made) but the signature is not worn at all & that is the first thing to wear off with use so this was lightly used.

Hi, I'm Cynthia. I am a shop owner on multiple platforms with 20+ years of experience. I do everything within my power, including packing with great care and shipping fully insured, to get your "thing of beauty" to you safely. I have recently moved to the mountains of eastern Tennessee where I find my treasures and offer them to you, the beholder. I hope you will find your "thing of beauty" here.
I was raised in a home where bone china, silver and fine crystal were both used and appreciated. This translated into a love of antiques and handmade items of similar quality. I love the journey that leads me to these beautiful things and I hope you will enjoy my "finds" as much as I have enjoyed finding them.
Please feel free to reach out to me via text or email with any questions you may have. I am frequently hiking on the weekends so your best chance of a speedy response will be during weekday business hours.
Follow me on FB and Instagram where I share additional information on the creation/history of my items.
Helping you find your thing of beauty, Cynthia
