Details
Vinyl plays with occasional light-crackles (play-graded). Cover has creases near edges; scuffing; tiny surface abrasions and surface impressions (front/back). Inner-sleeve is original (Artwork/Osmonds Ads); one seam partially split. Spine is mostly readable with noticeable wear. Heavy shelf-wear along top/bottom-edge and corners. Opening is crisp with signs of light use and divots. (Not a cut-out.)
Make the World Go Away, by Donny and Marie Osmond, was composed by Hank Cochran. It has become a Top 40 popular success three times: for Timi Yuro (during 1963), for Eddy Arnold (1965), and for the brother-sister duo Donny and Marie Osmond (1975). The original version of the song was recorded by Ray Price during 1963. It has remained a country crooner standard ever since. Donny and Marie's version hit No. 71 on U.S. Billboard Hot Country Singles, No. 44 on U.S. Billboard Hot 100, No. 31 on U.S. Billboard Adult Contemporary, No. 40 on Canadian RPM Adult Contemporary, No. 33 Canadian RPM Top Singles, No. 18 on UK Singles Chart, and No. 20 on Irish Singles Chart
