Dracula lotax - 2” Terra Cotta Pot

While most Dracula species need cool or cold temperatures to thrive, the Dracula lotax is a heat-tolerant miniature species. Often called the monkey face orchid because of the shape of the blooms, this is an easy-to-cultivate plant in a genus known for its difficulty. Plant may or may not be shipped with active blooms.

Starter plants are actively growing in a sphagnum mix with orchid bark and perlite and are kept moist with daily waterings. They are potted in terra cotta which wicks moisture out of the medium, keeping the plant cooler than ambient conditions (70-85 degrees) through evaporative cooling.

Plants are grower’s choice. We will take care to select the best specimen available to fulfill your order.

Please note any cosmetic defects in the photos of the plants before claiming/bidding. Please note that plants are grown outdoors in Hawai’i and sometimes experience bumps and bruises from the sun, wind, geckos🦎wild boars 🐗 etc.

Will be shipping USPS priority from Hawaii 96789. Shipping fee of $15 plus $2 per each additional plant purchased. Shipping date will be agreed upon by seller and buyer.

We will take care to pack the plants well, but cannot be held responsible for damages from shipping or sitting out too long. Please consider your availability to retrieve your package once it is delivered. If there are problems wtith the plant, you must provide an unboxing video within one hour of package delivery. Plant must be in original medium and pot.
