I’m a beautiful decorative piece.  There is a straw-like flaw at my base that is watertight and cannot be felt on the outside.  Unable to determine if this is a manufacturing flaw or repair. Other than this issue I am perfect and still have a lot of life left in me.  I am priced accordingly and will be sold “as is”
