There are No Chips or Cracks to the Ceramic. or chalk-ware poodles.  There IS WEAR to the lace on the dress, bonnet, parasol and the carriage( see photos for details). There Is wear to the paint and crazing to the glaze.  Wear is consistent with vintage age of the piece.

Description: 
This is a Vintage Mid Century Modern Figurine made in Japan (sticker on  base) most likely attributed to Arnart Creations.  This type of figurine with chained poodles and lace was a popular import during the 1950's-1960's.
