001 Hybrid Hobbyist Winter Shipping Policies

Shipping from DFW, TX

Packages shipping after October 27, 2025 will have $3 added to shipping due to increased holiday rates from UPS/USPS. Shipping overages for small items will be refunded after shipping label is created.

No refund, return, or exchange. Please see DOA policy below.

*****If the HIGH for your area will be under 50°F, please purchase Winter Protection (sold separately). If it will be below freezing, please consider having me hold the package until temperatures improve. ^^Once temperatures reach a certain low, heat packs become ineffective.^^

If you do not wish to wait for temperatures to improve, consider purchasing 2 day or overnight shipping.

Please bring packages in promptly if it is freezing or below in your area. Despite insulation, plants left in the cold or snow will most likely have frost damage.

I WILL NOT SHIP ANTHURIUM IF IT IS BELOW FREEZING IN YOUR AREA.

If you decline the suggested add ons and advice, I am NOT responsible for DOA plants, cold damage, or any other issues that arise from shipping in the winter*****

Plants will ship the following Monday & Tuesday via UPS 3 day. If you would like a faster shipping speed, please purchase UPS 2 day or overnight. If you prefer a method other than UPS, please message me direct.

Once the package leaves my hands, I am not responsible for courier delays. If you have any concerns about viability during shipment, please upgrade shipping. An unboxing video is due within 6 hours of delivery for any damaged or DOA plants.

It is expected for the plants to be stressed during shipping and may arrive with missing leaves or blemishes. If this is your first time purchasing plants online, feel free to reach out to me for what to expect.

To increase success with your plants, do not repot for 1-2 weeks as plants endure stress during shipping.
