Kugel? Christmas ornament, orb, ball. Blue glass, etched. My research suggests it is Kugel, the top looks the same and my research says that Kugel was also made in India. Likely vintage but I cannot date. Some small bubbles in the glass from production but no chips or cracks.

Measures approximately 12.5 inches circumference.
