Large Vintage Oval 925 Sterling Carved Shell Cameo Brooch Pendant Hallmarked. About 1 5/8" long. Good condition. Has some light wear and patina. Can be used as a brooch or pendant convertible. Marked 925 with some other hallmarks that I cannot make out. Looks to be a number. Gold vermeil.
