‼️ 🚨 PLEASE READ: All orders are shipped 2 DAY AIR. We ship out Monday/Tuesday, sometimes Wednesday. Overnight shipping is available for an extra fee at checkout which we mail primarily through UPS. We include heat/cold packs when the weather warrants this and insulation as needed at no extra cost to you. We can only GUARANTEE a live delivery on next day air orders (if your plant arrives late or unalive for any reason on a NEXT DAY AIR order we will offer a replacement if we have it or a full refund). Due to plants being a perishable item, these are not covered by insurance so it is a total loss to us. Also, we will not ship out if our temperature is below 25 degrees - so we MAY hold your order until the following week or until the weather warms up, but we will absolutely communicate this with you. Our plants are all well-nurtured and loved. We take tremendous pride in our plant care, whether we’re acclimating a tissue culture plantlet, rooting a cutting or taking care of a big momma plant, we’ve got something special for any plant lover. All plants will come in a plastic nursery pot unless otherwise noted.

📌 We ship your plant with love & care but all plant sales are final after shipping. We are not responsible for lost packages, delays, or carrier mishandling or damages. We package with care to prevent damage to your plant. However, plants are not accustomed to the stresses of being boxed and shipped. Reasonable damage or symptoms of stress may occur including lost, bent, or broken leaves, wilting, or etoliation but your plant should recover. This is all normal! We do not offer partial refunds due to minor damage but we can walk you through the process of acclimating your plant to your home to minimize continued damage.

📌We treat our plants weekly with a systemic insecticide both at the foliar and root level and foliar fungicides.

📌 We cannot be responsible for what happens to your plant once it leaves our hands. However, we want everyone to be happy so please let us know if something went wrong and we will do what we can to help.

📌 Please make sure you will be home and check the mailbox the day of delivery so your plant does not sit out in the mailbox overnight. Ideally, you should retrieve your plant shortly after delivery to prevent further stress to the plant.
