Cover has a few creases near edges; scuffing, slight discoloration (front/back), marker on back near top-right, Name and state sticker on back near top-left. Inner-sleeve is generic white. Spine is mostly easy-to-read with mild-wear (text crooked). Minor shelf-wear along top/bottom-edge and corners. Opening is crisp with signs of light use and divots. (Not a cut-out.)
