This pair of vintage Emerson Creek Pottery vases are a lovely red clay art pottery that features hand-painted designs over a white majolica base. The glossy finish and style make these decorative pieces that are perfect for any home. The taller vase shows purple, blue and pink irises with green stalks circling the vase. It measures 5.25 inches tall, 3.2 inches wide, and weighs 10.5 ounces. The other vase has a lovely blue band with a green vine and leaves. It measures 4.8 inches tall, 3.1 inches and weighs 10.2 ounces. The vases were made in Bedford, Virginia, in 1988 and 1993. This set of vases are a great addition to any collection of decorative pottery. Their printed backstamp adds to their authenticity.
The vases are in excellent condition. There are no chips, cracks or wear.
