Handmade By Me - Rainbow Three layer mini adult tutu skirt. Perfect for pride events, runs, costumes, raves, club nights and so much more! This tutu is handmade from two layers around 35yards of hand cut panels of red, orange, yellow, lime, green, turquoise, purple, fuchsia and hot pink. All Bridal tulle is tightly machine gathered, serged and sewn to the rainbow colored fabric covered elastic waistband, tutus are fully sewn, not tied! This tutu is made at 8" long
