Complimentary heatpack with all orders. Insulation included with all orders over $100. Recommended if your weather is below 40F. Winterized and expedited shipping options in my store. I reserve the right to cancel your order if you do not purchase weather-appropriate upgrades or the weather in your area is too cold. And to adjust shipping days to accomodate weather conditions.

You agree that someone will be present to bring the package inside immediately upon delivery.

You understand and accept that shipping is stressful on plants and can result in cosmetic damage - yellowing, dropped leaves, etc. Not responsible for damages or delays during shipping, temperature related stress, lost mail, or any other issues that might occur during shipping after your plants leave my hands. Be ready to own your part of the risk involved.

Be experienced with and/or willing to accept the risk of rehabbing plants. Not responsible for damage or loss once the plant is in your care.

All sales final. No returns or exchanges.

That said, relationships matter to me. I'm here to work with you. Please hold off on making any claims until the package reaches you or is confirmed lost and we know definitively the condition the plants. And that this has been documented.

An unboxing video and photos taken at the time of delivery will be required to discuss any claims. No claims will be entertained without supporting pictures/videos taken within 1 hour of delivery.
