This United State Air Force collection of military items includes an honorable discharge certificate dated 1972, a letter from 1970 related to leaving a job at USAF Medical Center Keesler, and a photograph of Keesler Medical Center, all housed in a blue binder with the USAF logo on the front.

The outer blue binder has a tear along the center hinge.  The letter has some darkening at the top. See pictures for further details on condition.
