This is a vintage glass vase with a point or two to make! Made during the late 1970s by the Indiana Glass Company, under the Tiara Glass label, this vase is the diamond point pattern, done in the "cameo black" color. It is indeed quite black, although if you hold it up to a strong enough light, you can see that it's actually an extremely deep amethyst color. I do mean a VERY strong light though, it still looks completely black in even my sunniest window! The black really highlights any colored flowers you fill it with. A few sprigs of Chinese-Lantern or Bittersweet would bring it firmly into Halloween territory! Condition: This vase is in excellent shape! There are no chips, cracks, or any other issues that I could find. I have gone over it so many times to re-check every point, but they're all accounted for! There is a tiny bit of roughness on the seam along the foot, but nothing I'd consider dangerously sharp. If anything the entire vase is on the dangerous side... Size: The vase measures 3¾" across the base, is 4¼" across the top rim, and stands just shy or 8" tall.
