The studio shows as Kilahuea Art Studio Hilo TH.  This denotes Territory of Hawaii which means they were not a US state at the time.  They became one in 1959, which helps to date this photo.

Underneath the print there is surface wear.  Does not go through to the back surface and will not be seen when the picture is down.
