Item is pre-owned and in good condition with no holes or stains. There is one tiny place in the velvet where a few fibers if the velvet have worn, but it is black, so it blends in & is shown in the last picture. Smoke free environment. This is a very fun button front dress with a velvet top and a plaid bottom with colorful embroidered novelty Christmas designs.
