Vintage Ceramic Floral Design Postage Stamp Roll Dispenser Holder - Small Trinket Box

This stamp dispenser is in good overall condition. It does have some paint wear and a thin band of tape around the lip of the bottom section (I'm not sure if that is supposed to be there or not, or put there to prevent damage when putting the lid on and off). It is marked "stamp" on the bottom. It measures approximately 2 1/4" tall x 2" across the lid and 1 3/4" across the base.
