I found this packed with other Christmas items at my father's house (pet and smoke free) after he passed away. It has been packed away for at least 20 years. I'm not sure what the date of manufacture would be so I'm guessing the 1970s era. It could be older or newer. It's small, probably came with candy inside or was sold as decor. It's really cute, and nice wicker material with white paint. I left the red string on it that most likely was added by my step mother. I would use it myself if not getting rid of "stuff," and I seldom decorate much for Christmas now.

I love to see thrifting videos since I've always shopped at thrift stores, passing on that love to my daughter. I also love to see what others have to sell and have been known to buy some things that I just can't pass up, of course adding to more "stuff."

    All of my items come from a smoke-free home. We have one cat that I try to keep away from things that I'm selling, especially clothing or other items that could collect cat dander.
