This is a hard to find- embossed etching on paper design of the PTC Jumper - Carousel Horse- by the late Lois Carlisle. PTC is – Philadelphia Toboggan Co. Hand-colored intaglio etching on 100% rag paper It is dated, hand signed and numbered. It is numbered 8/150. Very unique art-Very Nice! It is framed- The frame has some bruising. Please see photos. It is double matted. Glass over artwork. Measures: Frame outside-10.5 x 10.5 inches Inside red matting: 5.5 x 5 inches.
