I believe this is a Italian Peltro,  but not positive,  mama cat carrying her kitten pewter figurine.  This miniature measures 1” x 2 3/4” x 1 5/8” tall.  It is quite heavy for the size.  It is slightly magnetic with my rare earth magnet.
