Vintage Nippon Toki Kasha Company Ring / Trinket Dish 1930's Puppy Dog

I'm not sure which Japanese maker this mark should be attributed to, one book I have says Nippon Toki Kasha & another indicates Seiei &Co. I believe this to be pre-1940 just because of the colors. Some sand bumps, no other issues. Super cute & not easy to come by.
Dog is all over off white with butterscotch & rust accents on green platform.
Ring / trinket dish measurements; 4" tall & 3-1/2" wide. Pin dish portion is approx. 3" x 1-1/2"
