Vintage trinket dish from an estate - no markings, but feels and looks like porcelain - - that rough feel

its hard to measure this because of the odd shape - so this is approximate - 4 inches tall and 3.5 inches wide, 5 inches long

Has a bit of pink color on puppies heads, maybe pen?, discoloration and buildup in the crevices and crannies, inside also needs cleaned. some of these may or may not be permanent. Still a super cute piece.
