Details

This is a vintage planter, decorated with huge showy flowers! Made during the 1940s, by the Roseville Pottery Company, this heavy planter was expertly designed to hang despite the weight. The holes around the top are wide enough to accommodate narrow chains or heavier fiber cordage, and the beautiful Clematis decoration continues all the way to the tapered bottom, so it can be admired from underneath. Filled with flowers or ferns it would be a stunner for the Summer. It just needs a porch to call home! Condition: This planter is in Very Good condition! There is one small chip on each handle, but no other damage that I could find. There is crazing throughout, and a couple spots of rusty water staining on the interior, but nothing that affects the integrity or the beauty of the piece. Size: It's a hefty one! It measures about 5 across the rim, is 8¼" across at the handles, and is just over 5" deep at the center. The support holes are about ¼" across.
