Vintage Stained Glass Bird Suncatcher (Signed)

Vintage handmade stained glass suncatcher signed "Dalkin 80,". This is in good vintage pre-owned condition. It does seem like it was made by a novice or hobbyist so it is a bit primitive with bubbles in the glass and some roughness to the metal trim, but personally I think that adds to the charm. I originally thought the beak was broken, but now I think it was made that way (see photos).
