This is a trifold or triptych 3 panel folding Buddha shrine hand made in China from around the 1940s.

The shrine is carved from a hard wood or resin and stands 7inches tall and is 4 inches across in the closed position. When open the the shrine is 8.5 inches across.

The center panel features Buddha and the sides are two other deities or soldiers. The bottom is stamped by the maker.

The panels are kept together by metal hinges and adorned with flowers and Chinese writing.
