I am a retired high school English teacher who has always had a passion and a knack for shopping and finding beautiful and affordable items for my home. I decided that I could share both my passion & my bargain finds with you. I live in a great area with many thrift stores, flea markets, estate sales, auctions, & antique shops. And, of course, I have made many purchases for my own home from some of the other wonderful sellers here on niknax. I chose my business name to be The Gumbo Pot because a great gumbo recipe will include many different ingredients that are combined to make the perfect pot of gumbo. Like a pot of gumbo, my store will contain many different and unique items starting at various price points. I hope to have something for everyone!♥️
