This plane is 100% made by Stanley. Features are very similar to a Type 11 plane. It is a solid plane with good knob and tote (possibly Rosewood) and a good near full size iron.
This plane has been inspected, cleaned, and any broken or missing parts replaced. It is in working order, but not ready for use until it is tuned up and sharpened.
