This is a vintage 2005 Birthday Girl Balloon Willow Tree figurine. Made by Demdaco, designed by Susan Lordi. The whole piece including balloon measures approximately 6" tall. The girl herself is approximately 3” tall. The balloon is crafted from wire, the girl is resin. No box. No chips or cracks.
