Wonderful, colorful hand painted rooster. I believe this could be Port Wahakaa based on his cute feet. He does have a few issues … the tip of one of the back feet is broken, bu does not affect how he stands. There is also some sort of shiny black tape on him that was there when I received that I didn’t notice when I purchased (tried to show in picture 2).
